Collaborates with the Director, Total Rewards & Analytics on program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of Benefits programs and projects.
Administers benefits.
Manages benefits processes including benefit enrollment, leave of absence, FMLA, ADA, claim issues, plan changes, status changes, 1095C reporting, COBRA Administration and new hire orientation.
Partner with total rewards  vendors.
Assist with total rewards communications materials
Works with IT staff to ensure that the systems meet needs and are updated to reflect changes to programs
