The Digital Content Creator is responsible for creating and delivering creative social campaigns as well as initiating and producing compelling and persuasive optimized content across various social media channels. This individual will maximize opportunities for engagement, conversation and brand building. The ideal candidate will also produce onsite copy, high-quality image and video content, offers and other digital content such as web and banner assets, as required.



May perform any or all of the following duties:


  • Develop, design, plan and execute shoots and productions and edit social media assets for Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and other emerging social media channels.
  • Responsible for creative production to include animations and short video formats as well as static image content.
  • Provide onsite presence for events, media appearances, promotions and celebrity appearances for content creation and live social media engagement.
  • Develop, execute and leverage mobile and social media efforts to grow market share and expand brand awareness.
  • Oversee production and implementation of social campaigns, regular social media calendar content and real time marketing opportunities.
  • Moderate user-generated content and ignite and develop social conversations in partnerships with Community Managers and social media team members.
  • Lead efforts in the planning, development and implementation of brand voice, social media strategies, editorial calendars and concept ideation to stimulate and disrupt social norms while maintaining each brand’s tone and voice.
  • Support advertising team to ensure alignment between digital and traditional media communications and campaigns.



  • Must possess 4 or more years of any combination of experience and/or education in production, design, creative direction, communications, social media, or marketing industries.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in design and editing apps or programs that create engaging social content (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Splice, Meme Creators, Typorama).
  • Photography/Video/Content Creation and Production experience.
  • Prior experience leading high-profile social programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with all levels and departments of an organization.
  • Fluent in emoticon and a master of IG/Snapchat filters.
  • Can identify and photograph/record a “social media moment.”
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills



  • Corporate Office fast paced, high volume of activity and a deadline driven environment




  • Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
  • Travel as needed approximately 15-20%.
