The International Franchise Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the International Department by maintaining comprehensive, accurate and functional databases for CKE’s franchise restaurants.  This role ensures the prompt and precise communication and dissemination of information to internal departments, external partners, and franchise owners.

May perform any or all ofthe following duties:
  • Accurately compiles and organizes all data for more than 1,000 CKE international franchise restaurants including physical/geographical site building; also construction and remodel information utilizing USGN database or other tools.
  • Coordinates and processes all new restaurant site development processes initiated at the Site Development Proposal submittal.
  • Tracks menu exceptions; test requests; new product rollouts and initiatives;;
  • Produces, customizes, tracks and distributes unit status change notices including new unit openings; permanent and temporary closures; transfers and/or divestitures
  • Supports franchise executive management through research and analysis of both restaurant and franchisee data on a daily basis
  • Provides support during new Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) on-boarding; orientation and training; aligning and realigning franchise restaurants between VPs, FBCs, and regions, and communicates all changes system-wide in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Regularly communicates with franchise owners, operators and employees by phone, email, written correspondence and/or in person at events, conferences, meetings, New Franchisee Orientations, etc.
  • Maintains and regularly updates a complete directory of all franchise owners and key operators for internal use and completes directory of all franchise department personnel to ensure prompt and accurate communication
  • Updates and maintains international franchise real estate data base and maintains period restaurant development tracking documents and communications.
  • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
  • Must possess approximately three (3) to five (5) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of  providing support to senior management
  • AA/AS Degree preferred
  • Must have expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (skilled in calculations, formulas, formatting, data manipulation and interpretation, etc.) Outlook, Publisher, Word and 
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both inside and outside of the company (vendors, franchise owners, etc)
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting business priorities
  • Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
  • Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information
  • Corporate Office fast paced, high volume of activity and a deadline driven environment; able to continually assess and appropriately adapt to changing conditions and/or circumstances.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
  • Ability to lift and/or move approximately 30 pounds (file boxes, packages, materials, etc)
  • Travels as needed approximately zero (0)%
