  • A minimum of an Associate‚Äôs is required or Bachelors preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) or more years of relevant experience is required in sales support, high volume calls and emails, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Must possess at least three (3) years experience in a corporate setting involving high-volume communication with multiple cultures / languages. Preference given to individuals with experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Must be proficient in at least one language other than English
  • Must have professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to draft memos and respond to non-English speakers in understandable international English.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and accommodate shifting business priorities, showing a strong work ethic and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Corporate Office fast paced, high-stress and demanding environment
  • Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse
  • Interactive verbal and listening skills for extended periods of time
