The IT Security Change/Mgmt Analyst is responsible for playing a leading role in the creation of and updates to the CKE compliance framework.  This role also conducts audits of CKE operated systems and processes using CKE’s established compliance framework. 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
May perform any or all ofthe following duties:
  • Assesses and documents the compliance status of systems and functions
  • Performs on-site visits to franchise locations to assess compliance with PCI and applicable privacy and data security requirements
  • Manages PCI related security to balance business needs with security policy and applicable regulations and requirements
  • Develops, maintains and documents procedures to facilitate PCI/SOX compliance with regards to IT activities and systems
  • Co-manages the change management process for the enterprise insuring that appropriate standards, policies, procedures and structure are in place to insure that changes can be made efficiently with minimal risk of unplanned downtime or other adverse affects
  • Tracks and reports current and trend compliance of assigned areas
  • Interacts with external auditors and CKE functional owners
  • Maintains expertise on current PCI and SOX regulations
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external)
  • Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Attends seminars and completes other training to remain current on industry trends
  • Participates  in company meetings, webinars and conference calls
  • Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
  • Must possess approximately five (5) to six (6) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of  IT Security, Risk and Compliance
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or related certification or 10+ years of direct security experience managing and administering enterprise class systems
  • Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results
  • Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information
