         Strong Leadership skills; provides coaching, skills development, guidance and support to staff; approximately three (3) direct reports

         Assumes various management responsibilities in event of an absence

         Prepares daily cash forecast for submission to Sr. Management

         Responsible for overseeing cash movement for all bank entities (Manager and In Securitization) on a daily basis including Company holidays

         Reviews daily and period end reports for distribution

         Approves daily American Clearing House (ACH) transactions and outgoing wires for all bank entities

         Reviews journal entries for all bank entities including ACH's, garnishments, sweeps, cash worksheets and all reclassifications at period end

         Reviews journal entries for In Securitization accounts including sweeps, cash worksheets and all cash categorization on a weekly basis 

         Reviews and approves all incoming payments, checks, money orders and wires from all Company restaurants and corporate facilities

         Reviews invoices for banking supplies and armored carrier for all Company restaurants

         Reviews Fast Pay Process and  transmission of ACH bank files weekly

         Ensures support documentation is provided to internal and external auditors for quarterly review

         Participates in Company meetings, webinars and conference calls

         Other duties and/or special requests as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

         Approximately three (3) to five (5) years experience in a supervisory role

         Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word

         Knowledgeable in General Acceptance Accounting Principles; general ledger, journal entries, statement review and ACH (wires) experience required

         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally

         Exhibits ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects, at times for multiple departments with hard deadlines

         Strong work ethic ensures proper handling of sensitive information, demonstrates a high level of confidentiality

         Strong organizational skills; work load fluctuates daily, must be able to prioritize projects
