Required Skills/Abilities: 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of compensation experience
Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
Extensive knowledge of applicable human resource laws, regulations and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong Excel skills and generally proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
CCP preferred.
