POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES
Approximately five (5) to seven (7) years of any combination of experience and/or education, that demonstrates a commanding knowledge in human resources management, employment law, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, engagement and development; Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) preferred
Proven experience and working knowledge of various Human Resources responsibilities; employment practices and controlling governmental agencies (example; EEO, ADA, FMLA, DOL, WC, OSHA, etc) 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft or experience with similar ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems
Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast paced multi-tasking environment; Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Must have the ability to determine expectations, effectively measure processes, quality standards and commitments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally
Strong work ethic ensures proper handling of sensitive information, demonstrates a high level of confidentiality    
Excellent problem resolutions skills with the ability to resolve disputes and maintain relationships

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Corporate Office environment, fast paced, high volume of activity at times and demanding

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Interactive verbal and listening skills for extended periods of time
Travel: up to 25%
