Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of related benefits experience with 1-2 years management experience.  
Thorough and broad knowledge of employee benefits including regulatory statutes and best practices.
Strong communication skills.
Strong relationship management skills in dealing with both vendors and internal stakeholders.
Experience with benefits related HR metrics, analytics, and forecasting.
Excellent vendor management skills.
