POSITION SUMMARY

This position is a part of the Operations Intelligence team which supports the Operations Leadership team by providing insight into restaurant performance through compiling, correlating, and synthesizing operational performance data on individual restaurant, franchise, company, and systemic levels.  This role is responsible for creating, customizing, formatting and producing reports for senior executive management that identify trends, patterns, and areas for growth and development to be used in strategic planning and in continually developing more efficient policies, procedures and processes.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage data collection methodologies. 
Track and document key restaurant level attributes and operational alignments
Create ad hoc reports for regional, company and/or franchise department executives as needed.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data as well as related platforms, programs and systems.
Provide regular updates to senior executive management regarding strategic initiative progress and performance, periodic system performance reports, and any additional special reports as requested.
Recognize and investigate consistent deficiencies in restaurant performance on both a micro and macro level.

QUALIFICATIONS & CORE COMPETENCIES
Able to manage multiple competing projects, to prioritize and meet challenging deadlines.
Demonstrates effective planning and organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create correspondence, emails, memos and summaries as well as preparing and executing presentations in a clear, concise manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume and often demanding corporate environment where one must work well under pressure, show a sense of urgency, remain flexible and both effectively and quickly adjust to shifting priorities and conditions.
Experience in the QSR industry preferred, particularly in restaurant management and/or corporate administration.
Expert fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Word).
Experience with cloud-based data/document-sharing platforms such as FTP, Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and/or Teams 
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years business/financial analysis, Business Intelligence or database administration experience. User knowledge of SSAS Tabular data model tools including SQL, Power Query, and/or Power BI preferred
Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments and third-party vendors to accomplish strategic goals, complete special projects, and maintain positive working relationships.
