The Sr. Director, Human Resources Field is responsible for contributing to the overall Field HR strategy and business plans from both a broad business perspective and the HR perspective.  This position works with field operations leadership as a business partner to design, develop and implement policies and programs that ensure the success of the business strategy and objectives.  

May perform any or all of the following duties:
Strong leadership skills; provides coaching, skills development, guidance and support to staff; approximately seven (7) employees across Regional HRBP and HR Field Support; manages, coaches and develops the team to provide the highest level of service delivery to functional leaders and business partners
Serves as a critical resource and strategic advisor to field operations and senior leadership on matters related to workplace culture and environment, organizational structure, change management initiatives, compensation analysis, total rewards incentives and benefits programs, talent acquisition and development, performance management programs, and succession planning throughout the Company’s business units. 
Advises, consults and serves as a member of the management team in the development and execution of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on broad goals, acquisitions, strategic planning and growth objectives.
Evaluates and analyzes the results of the programs and services regularly and systematically; reports these results to the Chief Human Resources Officer in addition to other management, recurring and ad-hoc reporting such as benefit loss and claims control, sales, budgets, division P&L, special projects, etc.
Maintains current knowledge of candidates/employee market to determine needs, trends, regulations and practices; develops competitive programs and services to meet company goals.
Establishes and maintains long-term networking relationships and centers of influence through active involvement and participation in business, social, community arenas, boards and/or activities.
Fulfills the role as senior level advisor to leadership, management, and employees on a variety of field human resource issues including interpretation and communication of policies and procedures. Act as the point of contact for the escalation of problems to the HR team, and associates to manage timely resolution.
Drives business initiatives in workforce planning, long and short-term recruitment and retention activities, including the formulation and development of staff strategies to attract and retain the best-qualified employees. Streamline the process of identifying and sourcing high-quality talent in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Partners with Corporate Compensation and functional leaders to ensure that compensation practices are externally competitive and administered equitably and accurately; pay increase recommendations are in line with established salary ranges and provides support with the quarterly and annual merit plan payout and processes
Develops and manages an organizational development process that addresses succession planning throughout the Company’s field business units; establishes and oversees key field HR metrics (recruitment, development, retention, etc.)
Participates in company meetings, webinars and conference calls; 
Attends seminars and other educational resources to remain current
Other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

Approximately ten (10)+ years of any combination of experience and/or education, that demonstrates a commanding knowledge in human resources management, benefits/totals rewards and compensation, employment law, recruitment, employee relations, engagement and development
Proven experience and working knowledge of various Human Resources responsibilities; employment practices and controlling governmental agencies (example; EEO, ADA, FMLA, DOL, WC, OSHA, etc) 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment; Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
Must have the ability to determine expectations, effectively measure processes, quality standards and commitments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally
Strong work ethic ensures proper handling of sensitive information, demonstrates a high level of confidentiality    
Excellent problem resolutions skills with the ability to resolve disputes and maintain relationships

Remote Home Office and Restaurant environments, fast paced, high volume of activity 

Interactive verbal and listening skills for extended periods of time
Extensive travel – (50%+)
