CKE, holder of iconic brands Carl Jr's and Hardee's, is a well-known leader in the restaurant industry.  The Operations Team is seeking a Sr. Franchise Business Consultant who will work directly in support of franchisees as they implement best-in-class processes, systems, and innovative solutions that deliver winning results. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Sr. Franchise Business Consultant will use his/her advanced skills to help large franchise entities and/or those with complex challenges to develop plans to execute against key initiatives and deliver an improved customer experience. The Sr. Franchise Business Consultant will use effective and measurable initiatives to support franchisees in growing top-line sales and profitability.

1-10 Franchise Entities; 150-300+ Franchised Restaurants

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

May perform any or alof the following duties:

      Support franchisees in their pursuit of sustainable and continuous improvement in restaurant-level performance as measured by the operations scorecard metrics (QA/OA assessment, Customer Satisfaction, Training Compliance, Speed of Service, etc.) and financial performance targets (Same Store Sales, EBITDA, transaction counts, etc.);

      Identify, prioritize, advocate for, and support franchisees in the implementation of transformational improvements to operations that will create a superior customer experience;

      Coach and develop franchise entities to Identify, quantify, achieve, and measure ambitious but realistic business development goals

      Develop and maintain successful working relationships with key CKE team members, including those at the Restaurant Support Center, to act as an advocate for the needs of franchisees you support;

      Be a highly-visible and accessible leader available to the franchisee community;

      May be asked to train and mentor Franchise Business Consultants to help develop the knowledge and skills to be trusted resources and partners to franchisees;

      Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.


POSITIOQUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES

      3-5 years of operating experience in multi-unit, consumer-facing businesses with an emphasis on franchisee coaching and development; QSR, restaurant, and/or food-service industry experience required.
